Neil Dowlman Architecture Ltd is one of Lincolnshire’s leading architectural practices, having been established for over 26 years. We are a client focussed practice with a broad range of both domestic and commercial clientele and a high level of returning clients. We pride ourselves on being a forward thinking and dynamic practice where we aim to deliver a professional service in a personal manner. Our focus is on residential architecture involving bespoke buildings, extensions and refurbishments as well as barn conversions and housing estates, however we also work on retail, leisure, commercial, educational and industrial schemes nationwide

Junior Architectural Technologist

  • A levels minimum A in at least 2 of the following Subjects – Maths, Art, Product Design / Design & Technology (or similar) Or
  • HND in Construction related studies
  • Experience in Autocad, Sketchup and Photoshop advantageous

PART 1 ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT

  • Part 1 Degree in Architecture (BA)
  • Experience in Autocad, Sketchup and Photoshop

Part 2 Architectural Assistant

  • Minimum 2 years architectural experience and Part 1 Degree in Architecture
  • Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup and Photoshop

Architectural Technologist

  • Minimum 2 years architectural experience, HNC/HND in Construction related studies or Degree in Architectural Technology
  • Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup and Photoshop

Chartered Architect

  • Fully qualified to RIBA and ARB status
  • Experience in all aspects of the RIBA plan of work for Residential architecture essential.
  • Experience in commercial/industrial architecture advantageous
  • Experience in carrying out Topographical Surveys advantageous
  • Experience in planning consultancy work advantageous
  • Experience in preparing Flood Risk Assessments advantageous
  • Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup and Photoshop

CHARTERED ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST

  • Fully qualified to MCIAT status.
  • Experience in all aspects of the RIBA plan of work for Residential architecture essential.
  • Experience in commercial/industrial architecture advantageous
  • Experience in carrying out Topographical Surveys advantageous
  • Experience in planning consultancy work advantageous
  • Experience in preparing Flood Risk Assessments advantageous
  • Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup and Photoshop
