We offer dispute resolution services when clients receive enforcement action from their Local Council. We carry out careful and sensitive negotiations acting as mediator to ensure enforcement issues are resolved
Should a client be aggrieved by a decision made by the Local Authority then NDA is experienced in preparing Appeal cases and handling applications to the Planning Inspectorate.
We are able to carry out comprehensive feasibility appraisals to explore opportunities. This would be done using all types of medium to best demonstrate potential gain to the client and maximise land value for clients.
