Housing Development

A proposed housing development behind a public house in the centre of a village. The proposal involved providing a mixture of housing to cater for all including social housing which centres around a proposed village green space. The new roadway eventually becomes a private drive which terminates with a mock farmstead as an exclusive area to the development
